Turnkey Homes, LLC is family owned and operated by husband and wife, Whitney and Alex Bennett, and is fully licensed and insured to conduct residential construction within the state of Louisiana. Both owners were born and raised on the Northshore. Whitney, attended college at Spring Hill, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Marketing, and after gaining experience working at an electrical engineer firm, now runs all of Turnkey Homes advertising and marketing. Alex comes from a family with extensive construction history. The family has a combined experience of more than 180 years. Alex, attended college at LSU, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurial Business Management, and after gaining experience in several construction disciplines, is now the Licensed Residential Contractor for Turnkey Homes, LLC.

 

          Through our building process, we are “Turning Dreams into Homes”.  We build 100% customizable homes. Alex plans, designs and draws all of the houses for Turnkey Homes, LLC. If you already have plans for your house, we have no problem building those plans. But if you do not have plans, Alex will sit down with you and together draw plans that suit your wants and needs. We believe in only building the highest quality homes. In order to insure the highest levels of craftsmanship in our industry, we use only the very best subcontractors along with the highest quality materials. Alex takes on every project as if it were his own, to insure everything is done beyond satisfactory. We will turn your dream home into your next home.
